Wellbeing Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Wellbeing Activities Assistant to join our team at Springfield Care Home in Garforth. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional wellbeing and activities programs that enhance the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of our residents.
As a Wellbeing Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for inspiring and delivering a diverse range of leisure and therapeutic activities that cater to the interests and needs of our residents. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents are at the heart of all events and programs, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
About YouWe are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Previous experience in a care environment is desirable, but not essential. What is essential is your ability to work collaboratively with our team to provide outstanding care and support to our residents.
