You will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of our residents, while also focusing on how things could be done better and sharing ideas with the rest of the team and wider teams within the Home.
About YouWe are looking for individuals with a positive, happy, and "can-do" attitude who are passionate about providing outstanding care for our discerning residents. Previous experience of working in a care environment is desirable, but not essential.
