Wellbeing Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Wellbeing Activities Assistant to join our team at Springfield Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional program of meaningful leisure and therapeutic activities that promote the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of our residents.
You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement person-centred activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. Your role will involve inspiring and engaging residents through a range of activities, including arts and crafts, music, exercise, and social events.
About YouWe are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Previous experience in a care environment is desirable, but not essential. You will be a creative and flexible individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
You will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of our residents, while also contributing to the development of our care home's activities program. If you are a caring and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
