About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Wellbeing and Activities Assistant to join our team at Springfield Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality program of leisure and therapeutic activities that promote the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of our residents.
You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement person-centred activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and delivering activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents. You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.
Previous experience in a care environment is desirable, but not essential. What is essential is your ability to provide outstanding care, support, and companionship to our residents.
