Job Title: Care Assistant - Night Shift

Location: Longlands Care Home

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Hours: 18 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 10pm to 7am Mon - Fri (Working alternate weekends)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Longlands Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with daily routines and personal care
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Participate in activities and events to promote social interaction and engagement
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
