Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement value-based revenue growth strategies to increase revenue streams from existing customers and acquire new ones.
- Drive university acquisition and retention by implementing initiatives to attract new universities while ensuring high retention rates among existing ones.
- Establish sales processes and systems to manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Lead a high-performing sales and customer success team, providing coaching, mentoring, and setting clear performance targets.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure value realisation, customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding into new international markets within Higher Education.
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to achieve revenue objectives.
