Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced and outstanding individual to lead and inspire our team as the Head of Academic Partnerships.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee the quality of the student educational experience in our franchise and validation partner institutions.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the alignment of performance in our partner institutions with our academic department and course level provision.
Additionally, you'll support our partner institutions in developing and implementing Access and Participation Plans to improve equality of opportunity for underrepresented groups.
The role also involves developing and facilitating non-contracted academic partnership activity with organizations through student and staff exchanges, collaborations, and research and knowledge transfer.
We're looking for someone with a higher degree, experience working with senior staff to drive initiatives, and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You should have knowledge of managing risks associated with partnerships work, chairing committees, and contributing to effective governance of partnerships.
A knowledge of quality assurance processes in Higher Education and recent sector developments impacting collaborative partnerships is desirable.
