As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and care to our students, ensuring they have a world-class experience while living with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of Student Experience Team Members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for the safety and security of the building and students, conducting regular checks and ensuring your team is aware of their responsibilities.
  • Support the training and development of your team members, helping them reach their potential and providing opportunities for growth and progression.
  • Provide a welcoming reception to all students, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their stay with us.
  • Work closely with managers and partners to support students' wellbeing, providing a safe and inclusive environment for all.
  • Organize events and activities to create a sense of community, promoting social interaction and a positive living experience for our students.
  • Drive local sales activity, working towards targets and contributing to the success of our business.
