Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner.
- Estimate and Sales: Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, and sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs.
- Service Coordination: Advise on timescales and collection arrangements, and produce job cards on in-house computer systems.
- Documentation: Update customer and vehicle records, and document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
- Financial Management: Prepare and complete invoices.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage or dealership.
- Qualifications: Full driving license.
