Marketing Leadership Opportunity at Ambition Europe Limited

A leading property consultancy, Ambition Europe Limited, is seeking a Marketing Director to start ASAP. This role involves developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive business growth.
    • Contribute to the global marketing strategy and plans, aligning with the company's 2030 vision.
    • Support the Head of Strategic Growth in delivering business growth plans.
  • Brand and Communications:
    • Manage brand and communications, client development, and bidding activities to enhance the company's reputation.
    • Ensure brand consistency and oversee creative campaigns to drive national and international brand awareness.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to deliver client relationship programmes, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Build and implement research programmes with internal teams to inform business decisions.
    • Support the development of new service and sector specialisms to expand the company's offerings.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and develop a marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving team performance.
    • Motivate and manage team performance to build skills, capability, and capacity.
    • Manage external agencies for digital, communications, and other marketing activities to achieve business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong and positive working relationships with stakeholders across the UK and global business.
    • Manage internal and external stakeholder engagement to drive business growth and reputation.
    • Interface and consult with business leaders to support effective messaging and client propositions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in property or the built environment sector.
  • Proven track record in marketing strategy and team management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organisation.
