About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Complaints Learning and Improvement Officer to join our team at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. As a key member of our Corporate Complaints, Learning and Improvement Team, you will play a vital role in improving customer service and ensuring that we meet the expectations of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve complaints from residents in a sensitive and understanding manner
  • Collaborate with services to improve the customer experience and develop policies for customer satisfaction
  • Proactively challenge the Council to do better by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of complaints and quality assurance processes
  • Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a track record of experience in complaint handling or dispute resolution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels. You will also need to be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel and have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
