About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Complaints Learning and Improvement Officer to join our team at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. As a key member of our Corporate Complaints, Learning and Improvement Team, you will play a vital role in improving customer service and ensuring that we meet the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve complaints from residents in a sensitive and understanding manner
  • Work collaboratively with services to improve the customer experience
  • Develop and review policies for customer satisfaction
  • Proactively challenge the Council to do better by identifying areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a track record of experience in complaint handling or dispute resolution. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing, as well as good interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and Council colleagues.
