About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Solomons Europe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on contract administration, cost forecasting, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract and commercial matters for clients, providing strategic commercial advice and analysis.
  • Identify creative solutions to complex project problems, requiring collaboration and influence to drive the adoption of improved methods and processes.
  • Liaise with the Solomons management team, sharing client insights and project updates.
  • Develop and deepen your NEC4 knowledge and experience, with comprehensive training on NEC4 contracts.

Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Commercial Management, or Engineering.
  • Professional membership or qualification of an accredited professional institute, such as RICS or ICE.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel.
