National Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with national clients in the Grocery channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive channel growth and achieve key targets with national clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national clients, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional activities and drive brand presence in the Grocery channel.
- Forecast and manage financial budgets, creating mutually beneficial joint business plans (JBPs) with national clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and improve market share.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a National Account Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of driving channel growth and achieving key targets.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting business objectives.
