Job Summary

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team in the Grocery channel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in this critical market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the growth of the Grocery channel through strategic management and development of key customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service levels and meet their business needs.
  • Develop and implement promotional activity to achieve agreed objectives and drive brand awareness.
  • Forecast and manage financial budgets to ensure mutually beneficial Joint Business Plans (JBPs).

Candidate Attributes:

  • Proven track record of success in a National Account Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of the Grocery channel.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to think innovatively and proactively to solve problems and drive results.
  • Resilient and courageous, with the ability to stand by decisions and drive business growth.
