National Account Manager - On Trade
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our On Trade channel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our Pub Group customers, implementing promotional marketing activity, and delivering solutions to business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the growth of the On Trade channel through strategic management and development of Pub Group customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service levels and meeting customer expectations.
- Implement and monitor promotional marketing activity, achieving agreed objectives and driving brand awareness.
- Develop and deliver solutions to business challenges, working closely with the Head of National On Trade.
- Forecast and manage financial budgeting, creating mutually beneficial Joint Business Plans.
Candidate Attributes:
- A proven track record of negotiation and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to think innovatively and proactively, using initiative to solve problems and drive return on investment.
- Resilience and courage to stand by decisions, with a strong sense of conviction.
