National Account Manager Opportunity

We are excited to be working with a renowned Spirits brand, known for their presence in the On Trade and diversification into Off Trade.

The business prides itself on building an inclusive, fun, and social team environment, while sticking to their craft and heritage values.

We are recruiting for a National Account Manager in the Grocery channel, where you will work closely with the National Account Controller to deliver on key metrics for key national customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the growth of the channel through strategic management and development of Grocery customers.

• Build relationships and manage projects, ensuring customer expectations and service levels are met.

• Implement and monitor promotional activity, achieving agreed objectives.

• Drive the brand's agenda across the customer base, delivering solutions to business challenges.

• Forecast and manage financial budgeting, creating mutually beneficial Joint Business Plans.

Candidate Attributes:

• An established NAM or KAM/NAE looking to take the next step up in the Grocery channel.

• Track record of negotiation and influencing internal/external stakeholders.

• Ability to think innovatively and proactively to solve problems and gain return on investment.

• Resilient with courage and conviction to stand by decisions.
