Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Advocate Group. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key national customers in the Grocery channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the growth of the Grocery channel through strategic management and development of customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activity to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Drive the brand's agenda across the customer base and deliver solutions to business challenges.
  • Forecast and manage financial budgets to create mutually beneficial Joint Business Plans.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar role in the Grocery channel.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think innovatively and proactively to solve problems and drive business growth.
  • Resilience and courage to stand by decisions and drive results.
