Contract Manager

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join their team in Devon and Cornwall. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the site, ensuring safe delivery to time and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervising workers, subcontractors, and work activities
- Delivering Tool Box Talks to a diverse team
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Managing site operations and resources
- Coordinating with stakeholders and clients
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable Contracting business, delivering Highways upgrade major schemes. As a Contract Manager, you will have the chance to put your stamp on the scheme, involved at the very beginning of the project, with long-term contract potential.
Requirements:- Site Managers CSCS (Platinum or Black) card
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- ONC/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience within Civil Engineering Projects
- Full UK driving licence
