Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation on contract terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the commercial evaluation and preparation of contract change proposals
- Scrutinize and govern contract change proposals; provide high-quality contract drafting and negotiate proposals through to signature
- Own the contract management and contract compliance activities for the programme
- Proactively manage customer disputes and complaints
- Provide timely commercial advice to project and delivery teams in support of management and delivery of the programme
- Ensure that the financial aspects and impact of the contract are clear to all parties
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with the customer commercial/contracts team
- Take an active role in the performance of the contract and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and capitalize on opportunities
