Job Summary:
Sphere Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop opportunities for improvement in project delivery.
- Collaborate with the wider business to ensure the management system delivers desirable outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, using best practice and continually improving.
- Proven experience in a similar role or as a Project Manager.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Sufficient operational and/or commercial experience to understand fully how a project can and should be managed.
Working Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
