Contract Manager

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead a major Highways upgrade scheme in Cornwall. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the site, ensuring safe delivery to time and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team to deliver the project safely and efficiently
- Supervise workers, subcontractors, and work activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and implement effective project plans and schedules
- Monitor and control project costs and resources

Requirements:- Site Managers CSCS (Platinum or Black) card
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- ONC/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience within Civil Engineering Projects
- Full UK driving licence
