Job Title: Support Specialist for SEN Settings

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Support Specialist for SEN settings. In this role, you will provide tailored support to students with challenging behaviors and some SEND requirements.

You will build strong, trusting relationships with students to help them achieve their full potential. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with the development and implementation of individualized learning plans.

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
