Job Description:
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting students in the classroom, adapting to their individual needs.
- Fostering social, emotional, and behavioural development, encouraging independence and self-confidence.
- Working closely with teaching staff to develop tailored support plans, promoting academic success and personal growth.
- Providing 1:1 and small group support, addressing specific challenges and promoting student progress.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
