Residential Property Manager

We are seeking a professional to oversee the management of residential developments in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.
This live-in position offers rent-free accommodation and requires the ability to maintain a high profile around the development/office.
About the Role- You will be responsible for ensuring our residents meet our requirements, carrying out daily checks to ensure the building is safe and secure.
- You will manage contractors, monitor progress, and sign off completion of all works being completed.
- Responsibilities include overseeing all communal areas, gardens, and grounds, maintaining records in line with internal procedures, and protecting data at all times.
- You will assist with sales listed with our partner company Retirement Homesearch, make new residents feel welcome, and help them settle in.
