International Sales Development Manager

The Role
Are you passionate about sales and looking to develop your career with a leading global FMCG business? As a Regional Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in our industry-leading Field Sales team, working closely with customers and colleagues to drive business growth and success.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver on the business's KPIs across Key Accounts, Key Accounts Wholesale, and Independent Retailers.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and shopper dynamics.
- Partner with up to 300 retail Key Accounts, Independent, and Wholesale outlets in your area, establishing excellent relationships and having value-add conversations to sell in new products.
- Build customer advocacy for our brands by educating retailers in the market and industry legislation.
- Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within your defined area.
- Identify new business opportunities by having an enhanced knowledge of the category and shopper behaviour in-store.
Experience & Essential Skills
Candidates should possess relevant experience in a similar role or demonstrate an aptitude for the role. Additionally, they should be:
- Understanding of wider team goals and how they can impact them.
- Self-supportive, managing time and resources effectively.
- Have strong communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships quickly.
- Able to use their initiative and act exclusively when required.
- Able to set self-stretching targets.
- Efficient, accurate, and timely in the administration associated with the role.
