Internal Sales Coordinator Specialist

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at SRS Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in promoting high-quality building products to Major Contractors, Groundworkers and Civil Engineers, delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand our customer base, liaison with external account managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Proactively utilize CRM systems to identify and capture leads, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
* Manage enquiries from initial contact to invoice, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
* Exceed personal sales targets through maintaining control of discount/margin, maximizing revenue opportunities.
* Negotiate and build relationships with key suppliers, fostering strong partnerships and driving value for our clients.
* Provide a focal point for customer queries, dealing politely and efficiently to deliver exceptional customer experience.
* Maintain knowledge of products and materials, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends.
* Participate and drive personal development through training and learning, enhancing skills and abilities.
* Ensure all cash and credit sales procedures and documentation are completed correctly, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
* Ability to identify, understand and respond to customer needs, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
* Desire to progress and improve skills and abilities, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

* Sound product knowledge, with a deep understanding of building products and their applications.
* Good organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively.
* IT experience, with proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant technologies.
* Good numerical skills, with the ability to manage finances and budgets accurately.
