Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Grounds and Facilities Team as a Grounds and Facilities Team Member at Longdon Hall School.
As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the activities within the entire school site and properties.
Your key responsibilities will include undertaking porterage and handyperson duties, assisting in ensuring routine maintenance tasks are completed, and liaising with external contractors on work beyond the scope of general maintenance.
You will also be responsible for monitoring project work and small maintenance projects in conjunction with the Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality educational services to vulnerable pupils. If you have a strong background in facilities management and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we would like to hear from you.
Estimated salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum.
