Facilities Management Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Temporary Facilities Manager to join our team at a primary school in the UK. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance of the school premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with our estates manager to develop and implement maintenance plans, ensuring that all site duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
- You will utilise the electronic estates management system, Every, to manage and track maintenance jobs, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- You will engage with a diverse range of individuals, from students to staff and external contractors, maintaining excellent communication throughout.
Requirements:
- Experience in basic maintenance and facilities management.
- Highly motivated with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong working relationships.
