**Job Summary**

Husqvarna Group is seeking a skilled Robotics Technician to join our team. As a key member of our After Sales support team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our Robotic range of products and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support on the Help Desk for Husqvarna dealers.
  • Evaluate and repair machines returned to the workshop and feed back any findings.
  • Rework bonded products when required.
  • Develop technical support information for product training.
  • Communicate to the Sales Teams or categories regarding any technical issues and status.
  • Automower installations and technical support.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in the repair/servicing of small electrical equipment.
  • Work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to clients/customers.
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports.
  • GCSE / A level or above in Math's / Physics or other Engineering discipline (Other suitable background or qualifications could be considered).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, good grammar and be PC literate.
  • Good knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Clean, current driving license.
