Robotics Technician

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Technician to join our team at Husqvarna Group. As a Robotics Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our range of professional robotics lawnmowers.
Key Responsibilities:- Repair and maintain robotics lawnmowers and associated equipment
- Provide technical support to our service dealer network via telephone
- Keep accurate computer records of repairs and maintenance
- Support with robotic lawnmower installations and general technical enquiries
- Collaborate with the After Sales Manager, senior robotics technician, and the After Sales Team to provide comprehensive After Sales support for the UK
- At least 5 years of experience in the industry
- Full competence in the repair/servicing of small electrical equipment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good grammar and PC literacy
- A good knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office applications
- A clean, current driving licence and passport
We are looking for a candidate who is independent, able to clearly explain technical issues to clients, and can write comprehensive reports. A qualification in Maths/Physics or other Engineering discipline is preferable, but not essential. If you have a passion for robotics and a strong technical background, we encourage you to apply.
