Job Title: Robotics Technician

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Robotics Technician to join our team at Husqvarna Group. As a key member of our After Sales Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our range of Professional robotics lawnmowers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain our Robotic range of products and associated equipment in a workshop environment.
  • Provide technical support to our service dealer network via telephone and email.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Support with robotic lawnmower installations and general technical enquiries.
  • Collaborate with the After Sales Manager, senior robotics technician, and the After Sales Team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the industry, with a strong background in the repair and servicing of small electrical equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to clients.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and a clean, current driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
