Job Title: Robotics Technician

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Technician to join our team at Husqvarna Group. As a Robotics Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our robotic range of products and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintenance of robotic products and equipment
  • Offering telephone advice to our service dealer network
  • Keeping relevant computer records
  • Supporting the After Sales Manager and senior robotics technician
  • Providing technical support on the Help Desk for Husqvarna dealers
  • Evaluating and repairing machines returned to the workshop
  • Reworking bonded products when required
  • Developing technical support information for product training
  • Communicating technical issues and status to the Sales Teams

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in the industry
  • Fully competent in the repair/servicing of small electrical equipment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good grammar and PC literacy
  • A good knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • A clean, current driving licence and passport
