Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the partners and staff, including general file administration and office duties.
  • To deal with clients by telephone and in person as required, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • To assist new staff in learning office procedures and policies.
  • To prepare letters, forms, and other documents as required, maintaining and updating precedents.
  • To communicate effectively with other members of staff and cover for temporary absences when necessary.
  • To perform specific administrative duties as required by the partners, working collaboratively to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience of audio typing and word processing.
  • Ability to deal with the public and manage priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
