We are seeking a skilled Local Land Charge Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing Local Land Charges (LLC) searches and Commons searches, maintaining the manual and computerised LLC Register and Commons Register records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide an effective customer-focused LLC service.
- Assist in the implementation and development of our new computerised LLC system.
- Be performance managed by our Senior Land Charges Officer and be accountable for achieving personal appraisal targets.
Requirements:
