Registered Nurse (Bank) Nursing - Alderbrook Care Home

At Alderbrook Care Home, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents, each with their own unique needs and requirements. You will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing hands-on care to ensure their comfort and well-being.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively as part of a team. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is committed to providing the highest standard of care, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess residents' needs and develop and implement care plans
  • Provide hands-on care to residents, including administering medications and performing routine observations
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the care home
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure the highest standard of care is maintained at all times

Requirements:

  • Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN
  • Experience of working in a care home or similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional care
