About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team at Willing Care. As a Mental Health Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all patients are maintained at the highest possible standard.
  • Conduct thorough physical and psychological assessments of new patients on admission.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and update care plans regularly to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
  • Liaise effectively with external healthcare providers and suppliers.
  • Monitor and develop the performance of care staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
  • Ensure effective rotas are in place to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Employ a person-centered approach to ensure every individual's needs are understood and met with dignity and respect.
Requirements
  • You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (Mental Health Nurse).
  • Hold a valid NMC Pin.
  • Have a clear DBS.
