At Major Talent, we seek a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement efforts. As a seasoned professional in purchasing and supply chain management, you will be responsible for developing and driving the procurement strategy for all projects from prototyping to large-scale mass production.

Your expertise will include managing all aspects of materials supply into and through the business, identifying and mitigating supply chain risks. You will collaborate closely with the design team on cost analysis for each product and its components, as well as delivering opportunities to reduce overall supply chain costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy.
  • Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Purchasing Process Optimization: Streamline purchasing processes to reduce costs.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • ERP System Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of the existing ERP system.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance purchasing procedures.
