Fitness Manager

A key member of our team, the Fitness Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure clubs. Working closely with the Leisure Club Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and delivering exceptional fitness experiences for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of dedicated freelance group exercise staff to deliver high-quality classes and ensure a seamless fitness journey for our members.
- Lead by example, motivating your team to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results through slick fitness journey delivery, vibrant classes, and amazing personal training.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the gym floor, coaching members on the latest equipment and techniques, and managing a fantastic group exercise timetable.
- Sustain a working environment that supports the company's objective of consistently delivering excellent standards of service and meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Operate cost control measures without compromising quality of service.
- Ensure the department operates at optimum efficiency with a required number of trained fitness staff to meet business needs and exceeds statutory requirements in respect of health & safety standards.
- Assist members and prospective members in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, monitoring member and guest satisfaction through reflective feedback.
- In the absence of the Leisure Club Manager, deal with complaints/problems politely and make every effort to resolve these.
