About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Manager, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers, while also promoting memberships and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, utilizing your coaching skills to meet the individual needs of our customers.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of our teaching programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an ASA Level 2, Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, as well as a good track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
