About the Role

As a Regional Pharmacy Sales Executive at Beiersdorf UK, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Eucerin brand across Midlands pharmacies. Your primary responsibilities will include building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, developing and delivering training plans, and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong partnerships with independent pharmacies, including Pharmacists, Managers, and Sales Assistants to boost Eucerin sales.
  • Create and execute quarterly training and events plans in collaboration with the Pharmacy Director and Medical Manager to align with our overall marketing strategy and commercial targets.
  • Visit pharmacies according to an agreed call plan to merchandise, sell-in new products and promotions, and actively take product orders through IQSALEs to drive sales.
  • Develop new business relationships with targeted accounts to expand Eucerin distribution.
  • Collaborate with the Detailing Team to drive Medical Strategy and facilitate closed-loop Dermatologist recommendations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in pharmacy sales, preferably in skin care.
  • A genuine interest or affinity for skincare and dermatological content.
  • Background in direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Experience in training and education.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and possession of a valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • A can-do attitude and resilience.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
