We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a District Leadership Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a district to achieve high productivity and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also play a key part in building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving business growth.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive district productivity.
  2. Build strong relationships with route sales representatives and other stakeholders.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  1. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Education: High school graduation or similar experience.
