Client Services Executive - Exhibitions & Events

Location: West Midlands / Hybrid

Salary: £30,000 + OTE

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Client Services Executive to join our growing events and exhibitions production company in the Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving commercial growth.

About the Role:

  • Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across current accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions

About You:

  • Proven experience in events, exhibitions, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and grow commercial relationships
  • Understanding of trade shows, live events, and production
