About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Professional to join our team as a Deputy Treasurer. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day treasury operations and leading strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Lead the cash management process, ensuring efficient and effective management of the company's cash resources.
  • Bank Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners to optimize treasury services and reduce costs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with the company's credit agreement and all associated obligations, while identifying and mitigating risks related to liquidity, FX, and interest rate exposures.
  • Debt Servicing and Hedging: Manage debt servicing and hedging activities, while supporting future debt issuances and refinancing processes.
  • Treasury Reporting: Develop and maintain regular treasury-related reporting, including daily cash reporting and 17-week rolling cash flow forecasting.
  • Treasury Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk and Control Matrices: Own and develop risk and control matrices to ensure effective risk management and control.
  • Investment Decisions: Make investment decisions for non-immediately usable cash, ensuring alignment with the company's financial objectives.
  • Treasury Function Enhancement: Explore external providers and new products to enhance the treasury function and improve efficiency.
  • M&A and Corporate Finance Support: Provide treasury support for M&A and corporate finance activities, ensuring seamless integration and effective financial management.
About You
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree, along with a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACT, ACCA).
  • Experience: Extensive treasury experience in global, complex businesses, covering all operational aspects of treasury.
  • Team Management: Proven team management skills, with experience working with cross-functional project teams in acquisitions, tax restructuring, or similar.
  • Refinancing Experience: Experience with refinancing projects, with a strong understanding of debt markets and financial instruments.
