We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Group Treasurer to join our treasury team. As a key member of the team, you will support the Group Treasurer in financing, shaping the team, and delivering against company targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the treasury team to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage a large debt portfolio and execute new financing initiatives within the next 12 months.
  • Explore and implement green and sustainable financing solutions to drive business growth.
  • Oversee and manage all banking relationships alongside the Group Treasurer.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulations, as well as covenant monitoring.
  • Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to optimize financial performance.
  • Maintain effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the treasury team, reporting to the Group Treasurer and contributing to wider strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Hold an AMCT qualification or similar.
  • Proven experience in a corporate finance or funding role within treasury.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of treasury operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
