**Key Responsibilities**

As Deputy Group Treasurer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the treasury team to achieve strategic objectives
  • Managing a large debt portfolio and executing new financing initiatives within the next 12 months
  • Exploring green and sustainable financing solutions to drive business growth
  • Overseeing and managing all banking relationships alongside the Group Treasurer
  • Ensuring compliance with all treasury policies and regulations, as well as covenant monitoring
  • Managing the company's cash flow and liquidity to optimize financial performance
  • Maintaining effective risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks
  • Providing leadership and direction to the treasury team to drive business success
  • Reporting to the Group Treasurer and contributing to wider strategic planning

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An AMCT qualification or similar professional certification
  • Proven experience in a corporate finance or funding role within treasury
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of treasury operations
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to drive team performance
  • The ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills to build strong partnerships
