Mechanical Equipment Technician

We are seeking skilled technicians to join our team based in Whittlesey. As a result of successful growth, we have secured a new branch location and therefore have a fantastic opportunity for 2 additional engineers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing and repairs to both Whale Tankers and Non-Whale tanker equipment. Additionally, they should be proficient in maintaining vacuum and jetting systems on various models and manufacturers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying faults to all systems correctly diagnosing repairs and parts required. They will also run up of tanker equipment to test repairs or to fault find and complete all paperwork in a timely manner to the required level of detail.

This role involves working closely with the branch manager to ensure the facility meets expected standards. The candidate must adhere to Health and Safety regulations while carrying out their duties.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,375, which reflects the average of the salary range. This includes a competitive company pension scheme and opportunities for training and career development.
