About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Technician (Met Tech) to join our team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for stripping out and refitting parts required to carry out repairs to damaged vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strip and fit mechanical and electrical trims/panels/components on vehicles efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure all repairs meet approved vehicle manufacturers' standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of approximately £40,000 per annum is available, negotiable based on level of experience, plus a comprehensive bonus scheme potentially equating up to £1000 per month based on performance.

Requirements
Essential qualifications include 5 years experience in a similar role, with ATA accreditation preferred. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
