We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Infringement Coordinator to join our Customer Relations team at Cox Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient resolution of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve PCNs in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing financial loss for the business.
- Record and respond to PCNs and escalated notices in accordance with Compliance and business guidelines.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure compliance with KPIs and business standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, responding to queries and concerns via phone, email, or letter.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining accurate records and updating systems in a timely manner.
- Securely handle customer data and information, adhering to GDPR and business standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent escalations of PCNs and provide recommendations to the business using case studies.
- Act as a point of contact for colleagues, offering support and advice on PCNs and related matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage key stakeholders.
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail, with the ability to pre-empt potential problems and issues.
- Knowledge of customer experience and contact centre technologies, including CRM and telephony applications.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and deliver support during and after implementation.
- Resilience in the face of feedback or set-backs, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to driving internal engagement.
