Automotive Workshop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Workshop Controller to join our team at Northgate Vehicle Hire Limited. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our modern workshop, maximising profitability, productivity, and efficiency.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities of the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest technical and quality standards. You will be responsible for managing the workshop team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

- Lead and motivate the workshop team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Monitor and analyse workshop performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless service experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in automotive workshop management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
